Larger particle size and lower surface area compared with automotive → easier dispersion, lower viscosity
Low structure → smooth, low-sheen to semi-gloss films
Neutral to slightly blue undertone to keep greys clean

Fast wetting in acrylic / styrene-acrylic emulsions

Stability in tinting pastes and machine dispensers
